The following return policy applies only to orders placed on www.wickedbigsports.com. If you are not satisfied with an item purchased anywhere besides the Wicked Big Sports Website, please contact customer service at (401) 454-7600 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
RETURNING AN ITEM
If you are not satisfied with a purchase made on www.wickedbigsports.com, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchased price, minus the shipping and handling charges. The item must be returned in good condition in the original packaging with all parts, accessories, and paperwork to ensure credit.
3RD PARTY WEBSITES
If you purchased product from a 3rd party vendor, please return the items to the vendor. Items purchased via 3rd party stores or websites cannot be returned to Wicked Big Sports
TO MAKE A RETURN PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:
• Pack the item securely in a box. You may use the box the item came in or another box.
• Enclose original packing slip with the item. On the slip please write the reason for the return and a phone number where you can be reached. If you are not able to send the original slip, please include your order number, billing name and address with the item.
• You are responsible for the cost of the shipping back to the facility. We recommend using a traceable insured shipping service for your return as we are not responsible to lost, stolen or damaged packages.

• You will be refunded in the same form of payment used for the original purchase within 30 days of our receiving the item.
• If an item arrives incorrectly, damaged or defective, please send an email to email@example.com or call (401) 454-7600 within 7 business days of the delivery so we can correct the error.
• Gift returns will be refunded to the original purchaser.
• Orders purchased from a Little Kids Inc website cannot be returned to a land based store.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER.
If you wish to cancel or change an order once it has been submitted, you must contact customer service at (401) 454-7600 or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of the submission. We are not able to change or cancel orders that have already been shipped.
